Nabela’s Cozy Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Instructions:

  1. Melt 1 cup unsalted butter on the stove. Add a pinch of cinnamon. Cook butter until bubbling, foamy, and browned.

  2. Set aside and let cool for 10-15 minutes,

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside.

  4. Combine dark brown sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon to create a brown sugar mix.

  5. Add brown sugar mix to the cooled butter.

  6. Add granulated sugar to the cooled butter mixture. Beat mixture together.

  7. Add vanilla extract and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy.

  8. Add in the dry ingredients and mix together.

  9. Mix in chopped Hershey's chocolate bars and white chocolate chips.

  10. Let dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  11. Add balls of cookie dough to a non-stick baking sheet, leaving 2 inches between each cookie.

  12. Sprinkle sea salt on top.

  13. Bake at 375F for 9-12 minutes.

  14. Serve and enjoy!
