Nabela’s air-fried bengali tuna and aloo chop

A healthier twist on a traditional Bengali favorite. These patties are perfect for after school snacks, late night cravings, or even pair it with Nabela's Bright Harvest Salad.

  1. Peel and boil your potatoes until they have softened

  2. While your potatoes boil, chop your onion, cilantro and green chilis. Set aside.

  3. After your potatoes have softened, mash until smooth.

  4. Drain your tuna and mix it into the potato mash.

  5. Combine the onion, cilantro, green chilis and garlic powder with the potato, tuna mixture.

  6. Form your patties to be about a 1/2 inch thick

  7. Coat each patty with breadcrumbs before placing into your airfryer.

  8. Air-fry your patties at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Be sure to flip your patties in 5 minute intervals to ensure they are thoroughly cooked.

  9. And serve!
